- Equipped with 1 (one) 24 HP HSK63F Liquid Cooled Router Head With an 10-Position Ride-Along Automatic Tool Changer and 1
(one) Multiple Spindle Boring Head and Pop-Up Guide Rails.
- Line boring unit is 2 HP, 4,500 RPM, 10x6 drills vertical, 4 horizontal, 10 mm shank size.
- No Vacuum pumps included.
- Weighs 18,750 lbs main machine, infeed and labeler are roughly 4,500 lbs, outfeed conveyor is 2,200 lbs.
- Machine requires 60 amps at 230 volt and 30 amps at 460 volt.
System includes:
- Infeed conveyor to accept sheets from automated storage and retrieval system. (Storage and Retrieval System being sold separately.)
- Automated labelling to pre-label sheet before sheet is fed onto a secondary staging conveyor to be picked and loaded by the CNC.
- CNC machine as detailed above with pusher/sweeper and offload conveyor to quickly clear table and allow for routing of the next
sheet and operator to accept parts at end of conveyor.
- AUTOMATIC TOOL LENGTH MEASUREMENT: Includes standard device for touching off tools and automatically setting "Z"
