1. Processing Time
Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, verifying payment, and preparing your items for shipment. Please note that processing time does *not* include shipping time.

High Volume Periods: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer. We will make every effort to communicate any delays.

2. Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, the weight and dimensions of the items, and the destination address.  You will be able to review the shipping costs before completing your order.

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If your location is not listed, please contact us to inquire about shipping availability.

International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are your responsibility.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination address, and other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

7. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately.  Please provide your order number and any relevant information about the damage.  We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order in good condition.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
