Originally intended for engineered flooring blanks, line can be repurposed for other applications.

5x5 plywood material to groove and rip for engineering floor core
Incoming panel thickness: ½" to 5/8"
Incoming panel sizes: nominal 5x5 and 4x8
Grooving pattern at every 4" center across the width of panel
Depth and width of grooved not specified, estimated at 3/16" kerf width by 1/8" deep
Ripping patter not mentioned
Maximum weight of stack: approx. 5,000 pounds per stack

Line Consists of:
• Doucet AP-508 Automatic panel feeder with scissor lift to automatically feed panels as needed
• Cross Transfer Chain Conveyor to feed panels sideways by the long edge through the Groover
• Doucet ERS-96 Groover 40 HP motor, 96” width capacity
• Cross Transfer Chain Conveyor to feed panels short end wise through the panel rip saw
• Doucet RS-75 Panel Rip Saw
• Outfeed Lift Table to automatically stack ripped strips
