Denray's Cartridge Filter Cleaner No.836

Denray's Filter Cleaner No.836 is a hydraulically powered automated filter cleaner.

The three different types of cleaning; vibration, air, and rubber fingers, provide a deeper clean than ever before! You simply place your cartridge filter inside the unit and turn it on. The cleaning process will start, rotating the filter during this automated process. This unit comes standard with a 15-minute timer. The cleaning time will be determined by the operator, based on the condition of the filter. Most filters can be fully cleaned with a 5-minute cleaning cycle. Once the timer stops, it will shut the machine off, except for the incoming air and the dust collector.

• Requires a minimum of 100-140 psi
• 5-to-15-minute timer
• Cleans outside of the filter
• It has rubber fingers to open pleats and loosen dirt
• Double rollers on top
• 1.5hp dust collector

Please note the provided external 1.5hp dust collector is intended for moderate cleaning use; 60-80 filters per month. If your facility is cleaning more filters, we'd suggest tying into your central system or going with a larger dust collection unit.
