The RE-MAX 500 CNC is a heavy-duty horizontal thin cutting band saw engineered for precision re-sawing across a wide range of applications — including flooring, windows, doors, furniture, and musical instruments.  
Built from solid cast iron, the RE-MAX 500 CNC is designed to outlast and outperform conventional re-saws. A steel table at the cutting spot ensures the highest level of precision, while high-tension, thin-kerf blades minimize material waste and deliver a smooth, gluable surface finish with exceptional dimensional tolerances of ±0.15 mm. Bearings on both sides of the main wheel shafts further guarantee maximum cutting stability throughout every pass.  
The machine handles material up to 500 mm wide and 150 mm thick, with a variable feed speed of up to 60 m/min. Both cutting speed and feed speed are fully adjustable, giving operators complete control over the process. The divided feed conveyor with top-driven infeed pressure unit ensures consistent, reliable material handling, while integrated saw monitoring keeps an eye on performance during operation.  
Control is simple and intuitive thanks to the CNC touch-screen panel, allowing effortless height adjustment with precision and ease.
